On Monday, June 22, 2026, “Saki” presents an exclusive one-night-only pairing dinner featuring the prestigious Champagne House Krug and Michelin two-star chef Kazumine Nishida.

For this special occasion, Chef Nishida — culinary supervisor of “Saki” and the acclaimed chef behind a restaurant that has retained two Michelin stars in Singapore for ten consecutive years — returns to Japan to craft an extraordinary gastronomic journey. As a Krug Ambassador, Chef Nishida will present a creative 14-course kappo menu, thoughtfully paired with four exceptional expressions of Krug, including rare vintage selections, for an unforgettable evening of harmony between cuisine and Champagne.

The evening's Champagne selection features four exceptional cuvées from Krug, led by the legendary Krug Vintage 2000, a rare expression matured for more than two decades. The lineup also includes Krug Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition, composed from approximately 150 reserve wines; the radiant and expressive Krug Rosé 29ème Édition; and Krug Vintage 2013, a cuvée that beautifully captures the distinctive character of a single year.

Kazumine Nishida was born in the Kansai region near Osaka and began his career as a sushi chef at the age of 17.
