Overlooking the Tokyo Bay skyline and bathed in natural daylight, the intimate eight-seat counter offers a distinct expression from the evening. Chef Nishida and Chef Emmanuel have joined forces to craft an avant-garde kappo menu that seamlessly fuses Japanese cuisine with French technique. Free from conventional boundaries, they incorporate global culinary methods while showcasing Japan's finest premium ingredients, expressing inventive and unexpected flavor combinations.

The name "Saki" carries three distinct meanings:

Saki (咲) - Each dish blossoms like a flower, revealing its beauty and depth of flavor.

Kissaki (切先) - The tip of a blade, symbolizing the refined knife skills that draw out the true essence and elegance of each ingredient.

Saki (先) - "Ahead" or "beyond," representing an exclusive and forward-thinking culinary world reserved for a limited number of guests.
